         Ríkiskaup on behalf of the Purchaser invites Tenders for non invasive ventilators.

         As further specified in this Invitation to Tender.

         This Invitation to Tender is for non invasive ventilators for the clinical service in Landspitali. The non invasive ventilators shall be suitable for and support the medical service and the clinical environment in Landspitali. The non invasive ventilators are intended for spontaneously breathing individuals who require mechanical ventilation: patients with acute respiratory failure, acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema and chronic respiratory insufficiency. Landspítali own 12 old BiPAP (type Vision) non invasive ventilators. These machines will now be renewed for a new one. Landspitali request information whether the Tenderer can take the old machines for new one and at what price.
